Our Process

Step 1: Initial Contact

As year-end nears, our client liaison reaches out to set up a convenient call with your Relationship Manager (RM)—your go-to advisor for business strategy.

Step 2: Planning Meeting

Your RM guides a focused conversation to gather insights on your current goals, pain points, and opportunities—so we can craft support that actually moves the needle.

Step 3: Information Gathering

We’ll set a deadline for sharing your info. Once everything’s in, we’ll gently remind you weekly to help us keep momentum and avoid delays.

Step 4: File Preparation and Review

Our team compiles your file, then a senior CPA reviews it with precision. We don’t start anything until we have all your materials in hand.

Step 5: Final Steps and Year-End Inspiration Session

Before we deliver your final documents, you’ll receive a draft for review. Then comes your ‘Inspiration Session’—where strategy, numbers, and business growth meet.

FAQs

Yep, it sure can. Business advisory helps you get a clear picture of your numbers so you’re not just guessing anymore. It’s about understanding where your money’s going, what’s working, and what needs fixing. When you’ve got that kind of clarity, it’s way easier to make decisions that actually move your business forward—without second-guessing every step.

Not at all. Small business advisory isn’t just for folks starting out—it’s just as useful for businesses that have been around a while. Maybe you’re growing fast, hitting a wall, or thinking about what’s next. Whatever stage you’re at, having someone to talk things through with and make a plan can make a big difference.

Business advisory services can cover a lot of ground, depending on what your business needs. Common areas include planning for growth, improving cash flow, reviewing pricing or expenses, helping with big decisions like buying or selling, and just making sure you’re on track. It’s less about ticking boxes and more about figuring out what will actually help your business run better.
